This policy page is written so that our customers may understand what they may expect from us. These policies may change from time to time without notice. So please refer to them before making a purchase. We Thank you for your business and look forward to working with you!
Our foremost policy is to give each and every customer, the best price and best quality of work that they may receive. Having our customers satisfied with what is being done for them, is truly our goal. But we want you to be sure that this doesn't always happen.
Due to the type of work that we do, our suppliers require us to pay for everything in advance. Most of these companies no longer can wait on their payment, so we must pass this on to our customers. Because of this, we need our customers to pay for items in advance. This ensures us that we are able to buy what you need to have. This also ensures us that our customers will also come back to get what they have ordered. You may not believe it, but we have had many orders come in, and have done the work. Then we are not paid for doing the work, because they have never came back. So we ask for full payment in advance, so that these things do not happen.
If you or an organization are planning on having something done for an event. There is usually a delay in how long something takes to get them done. This includes doing the design work on items and for ordering supplies. We have quite a wait on getting some supplies. Sometimes it is up to four days on some items. Specialty orders may take longer. Sometimes a catalog shows one thing, and the supplier doesn't even have it in stock. So we must ask that everyone takes these things into consideration when you are going to buy something. All items must be ordered and paid for four weeks in advance of the event that is being done. This also includes getting everything in line for doing the finished project. This doesn't mean that four weeks before your event - that we will begin discussing the design. That means everything must be fully signed off on being what the finished design should be. Here is an example why, this is needed. Recently we were told a month before the event that they wanted a bunch of coffee mugs done for the event. It was to be their biggest gift to be given or bought for this event. Then the wait happened, and we were given the design okay but we were not given the okay to go ahead with it and we were not paid any money on it. Two weeks before the event, we still waited and nothing happened. Then the last week before the event came along, and on a Tuesday they said that they wanted it done and we had the okay to do it. We ordered the items, and they didn't show up in time. Then our sublimation printer also broke down leaving us with a zero attempt to get it done. Having given us additional time, we could have gotten the supplies in and had the parts to get our printer running again. As it is, we had to wait quite a while before we could get started on them.
If you order so many items and then decide not to take them, we cannot give your money back. The reason is that we were told to do a certain number of items and that is what we had to order for. So this money has been spent to buy supplies. Be sure that you are sure of how many that you want to have done. It will save a lot for both of us.
When you send us pictures, be sure they do not have a copyright on them! This includes graduation pictures, wedding pictures, and family pictures that were done by a professional photographer. We cannot use this type of picture on any kind of thing that we make. So don't even consider sending something like this. However, you may send all of the pictures that you have taken and put them onto items. This even includes pictures that were taken on 35mm slides.
We will not guarantee that your exact colors will be reproduced correctly. This includes pictures that are put onto items. We will get them as close as possible, but when you use sublimation there isn't any way of knowing what will be printed out. We do use an eight color sublimation printer, that allows us to give different shades of color. So as technology advances, we strive to keep ahead of it. It is an expensive type of work, but we believe that it is cutting edge and well worth the finished product. If we are "forced" to do a quick or emergency print on shirts with "wrong" coloring, then the shirts belong to us. These shirts can be bought back by our customers, but will not be given for free. As these shirts still take as much to ruin as to make correctly.
Due to making everything custom for each customer, we cannot offer returns on items made. So we ask that each customer uses these special guidelines on ordering items:
Contact us to see if what you are looking for can be done.
Begin working with us to get your designs ready for us to do it.
Decide how many items of each that you will need.
Then, we will make a design on what you have told us and send it to you.
Look over your "proof' and decide if it is how you want it done. Changes can be made at this point to all items and nothing is in "stone" that can't be changed.
We will make your desired changes and send it back to you for your approval.
Then you, our customer, will decide if this is what you want. This process continues until....
Final Approval given. At this point, we will discuss what the final price is on what you want done. Then we will expect full payment from you before continuing. This must be done four weeks before your event or we cannot guarantee that it will be done in time.
We will then contact you when your order is completed.
You must sign off on giving your final approval on all things. Work will not start until we hear that you are satisfied and ready to go with it. Expect 4 - 6 weeks to receive your order(s).
Another reason for not having work done, could be because we never were paid any money for your order.
Embroidery - We will not be held responsible for embroidery on items that a customer brings in to have worked on. We cannot guarantee that there will not be a problem on any or all items to be embroidered on, especially when we only have one garment type to work with. We ask that you plan in advance for these problems, by ordering one extra of each items that you may want embroidered. We will also not be held responsible for paying for the destroyed item. As a customer you must realize that there are many things that are out of our control. We do not try to destroy items made, but we find that just a little error can create a larger problem. Our machine (like many) can sew several layers together without it even showing up until it is done. This does not happen a lot, and if you are willing to bring in your own items we will try our best to get it done on that special item. Please understand that there are time when it won't work out.
